Where do you ship?
Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively across Pakistan.
What are your shipping charges?
Delivery is free on all orders of Rs 3,500 and above. Orders below Rs 3,500 have a flat delivery charge of Rs 260, anywhere in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. Please note that during promotional events or holidays, slight delays may occur.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. You can open your parcel and check your item before paying.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Please WhatsApp us at 0345-0031483 as soon as possible.
What is your return and exchange policy?
